Establishing a user journey for all audiences across the website with the help of social advertisements.
Overview
MapMyCustomers (MMC) is a CRM platform, specifically for sales employees that are on-the-go. They have three distinct audiences that are: Sales Leaders, Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
The aim of this project was to create three distinct user journey experiences across the site for each respective audience while keeping the integrity of the MapMyCustomers brand.

Website Redesign
With the MMC CRM being such a valuable tool, there was no clear user journey on their site. With their need to target three separate audiences, initially there was no clear journey for their users to follow.
Overall, the MMC brand is well thought out, with some guidelines, however they needed more assistance. With the use of color and their existing guidelines, we were able to elevate their site while distinguishing the journey for each desired audience.

Keeping within the MMC brand, their imagery consists of complex illustrations. With the goal of creating more traffic to their site, we ran 5 different ad sets with 5 various sizes.
The social media advertisements needed to be clean, consistent, while grabbing attention. With the use of these complex illustrations, we were able to continue to elevate the sophistication of the brand.
